Wave goals
Lich Portal’s item text gives a 30% chance every ten waves. The Titles menu sets Wave Breaker at wave 25 and Endless at wave 40. The recorded title progress is 0/25 and 0/40; those counters are goals, not a record of a successful Infinite run.

What the reward references do and do not give
The 2X Gems pass lists Infinite wave Gems as one affected reward source. It does not provide base Gem amounts, timing or scaling, so there is no reliable Gems-per-minute estimate here. The 2X Drops offer likewise should not be used to invent an adjusted Portal chance.
When you obtain a Portal, the Portal guide provides its Tree Fort use instruction and the Lair’s listed rewards. Titles explains the separate wave milestones. This page is a reward-and-goal reference, not a placement walkthrough.
